If silent mode of the BLUETOOTH device connected (iPhone/smartphone/tablet) is turned on, ringtone may not be heard from the earphones.

When using the device connected in silent mode, please detect incoming calls with vibration function etc. of the connected device and then operate the earphone to answer the call.

(If you answer by the device connected during the incoming call, operation may start on the BLUETOOTH device connected.)
